Team Verve is an excellent resource to have. Since meeting with Matt I have learned to better understand & evaluate my team and myself. This is an excellent workshop for new or existing teams. I have seen my team use the DISC tools provided to help them communicate better. Matt's energy and style is welcoming to all teams, we had a great time!

The second Team Verve training we did is the Conflict Resolution training was fun and informative. As a supervisor of a team I am always looking for new tools. Matt came to our church and spent Friday evening and Saturday and explained the disc personality workshop with us. He started out Friday evening talking about how important trust is when it comes to understanding personalities . We did the disc profile beforehand and he did an amazing job explaining things, telling us how different personalities can work together and how our weaknesses can affect communication.
