Mixed reviews this time. About a month ago, my brother took his Honda Magna there to have tires, oil change and inspection. They had to preorder the tires ahead of time, but they were in on time and they did the work and called him to let him know just a few hours that thebike was done.

Fast forward to this time. Wednesday of last week, we called and pre-ordered tires for a different bike of his and I payed for it over the phone in full for 2 new tires, and oil change and inspection. My brother dropped the bike off over the holiday weekend and then drove back the day after the holiday to drop off the key since there was no drop box. He saw 2 matching tires on the ground and asked if those were for his bike to which they replied yes and that his bike would be ready this afternoon. Fast forward to this afternoon. He had not heard anything, so he called them and he was told that they didn't have his front tire...it must have fallen off the order. So now, he is looking to have to wait until Thursday or Friday, if then.

As the person who paid for it with my hard earned money as a present to my brother, let's just say that I am far from happy. I am normally a very patient person and a little more level headed even when I am made to feel like Im getting screwed over. Ill leave this hear and see...

They work on two stroke dirt bikes!!

Dropped off my CR125 to get a carb clean, spark plug, and air filter. They called me throughout the process to let me know statuses and what was going on. I had a second carb I was able to give them and they took it and made my bike run great! Also their hourly rate isn’t outrageous compared to some of these other shops. Overall great experience and time here! Only complaint I would have is I had to call to find out when my bike was done. They didn’t call me when when it was ready. I don’t know if it was ready the same day I called or what but not a big deal. Thanks and will be back for any...

Never anything but amazing customer service whether on the phone or in person. Had a battery replaced in 2021 and shortly after the bike wouldn't start. I thought it had something to the battery and so I called and Pete came out to my house (and stupid me ) I had the gas switched off on accident from when I was cleaning the bike. He was extremely nice and never acted annoyed that it was my own fault. His prices are extremely Fair and I would recommend highly...
