If I could take stars away instead of even leaving one star that is how I feel about Curtis Lumber and their Kitchen Designer Teresa. All I can say is buyer beware. Make sure you have your contract dot those I 's and cross those T 's. And Kevin is no help because although he is the store manager he has no training and nothing to do with the kitchen orders. So I guess matters could be worse after the whole order comes in made from the wrong material and Teresa tells me technically it's what I ordered. Now I have replacement cabinets and one is the wrong size. One piece filler is all I need and instead I have people dodging phone calls and not even having the courtesy of a return call or acknowledgement of the problem and second mistake made. So don't respond. Want to see pictures of damaged cabinets when things go wrong? I have them. How company's handle problems is where true customer service matters most of all. and what not matter because when things are going good. During renovations problems can arise. can arise remember you want people to answer the phone when there are problems not disappear. They didn't make me feel "stupid". They went out of their way to answer my questions and in the end gave me their business card. So much better than our true value who answered my question abruptly and condescendingly. I'll be doing more business with Curtis...

Thought the shortest drive would make it easier on me and ymy truck. They were $7 more per sheet then Homedepot and $3 more then Agway. Yup, Agway/TruValue was cheaper then a 'real' lumberyard. I guess taking over the crooks at Bellevue hardware doesn't matter. Prices are the same. It was cheaper for me to drive 50 miles farther...
