I’ve been coming to Rinderle Tire for a good number of years now. It started with tires and then brakes, but has transitioned to just about any work I need done. From manufacturer recommended services to repairs like a broken starter. I know the job will be done right, in a timely manner, and for a great price! I can trust Brian and his team to shoot me straight, even if I don’t know a ton about whatever needs fixing (like when my starter went). They never try to upsell, as they’ve called me when I had my truck in for brakes, to tell me I could likely go quite some time yet before replacing, and asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace, or to put the brakes back on until a later date. Been a customer for years. Always liked this place. Ran over a screw today. Quickly drove out to their place before it was flat. Flat out “no”. Guys are out to lunch. I’m okay with that. I’ll wait. Sorry, no time at all today. Air is literally flowing from the tire in their lot and this guy offered nothing. Barely made it with 10 pounds of pressure left to D&D Tire in Hartford. They were friendly, cordial and quick. They were busy. It took fifteen minutes to get it fixed. I have a new tire shop now, and I need two sets of tires this year, so thanks for leaving me literally without help...

It's rare that I would give a review five stars. It's rare that I give a review. But I've been taking my vehicles here for years now and I have to say something.

They've had opportunities to rip me off. But they never did. They never push anything on me or charge me for them to look for other stuff they can try to get me to pay for. They just do what I ask them to do. And they do it for a reasonable price.

It's rare. It's refreshing. It's appreciated.
