Wow! I'm still scratching my head over this one. All other poor reviews say it all and it doesn't look like there is much of an improvement from last year. Not one bunny or chicken or cow in sight. No Midway. How in the world do you have a fair without a Midway or Exhibit Hall? Monroe County has a lot going for it here that could be showcased. One can go to the Public Market, any of them, and see more critters. I should have followed the herd to Park Ave and perhaps that is where the fried dough guy was. Maybe in the future they will have the fair on a weekend when there isn't one of the biggest events in the city going on?...

Everyone involved in the planning and setup of the fair are volunteers and worked very hard to give what they could . I have no affiliation with anyone involved and when I went I thought it would be like it was when it was at the Dome Arena, I was sadly disappointed. What I can say is that everyone I came in to contact with was super friendly and I loved seeing kids being involved in a family event and learning and caring for their animals instead of cramming their faces in to their cell phones. Maybe some letters to Cheryl Dinolfo could...

When it was still at the Dome Arena, I remember going there as a child and it was fun. Unfortunately, this isn't like that anymore and hopefully one day, someone can restore the Monroe County Fair to its glory and while I'm kind of fine with the new location, there just needs to be public rides like we've seen at Amusement Parks and perhaps the public rides can have permanent spots like what the rides at Amusement Parks like Darian Lake, Seabreeze, and New York State...
