I found myself two weeks out from the 2018-2019 New York bow opener, with a one year-old Parker revolution that was having some issues. In July I purchased new strings and a rest through Bob and was pleased with the results. After two months of shooting the Parker, the serving at the cam was unraveling. I called Bob to discuss the issue. He told me to bring it in the following day. I ended up brining it down on that Friday I called. Instead of leaving me without a bow for the next couple of weeks while the Parker was sent out for repairs, Bob accepted the Parker in trade towards a Hoyt Pro Defiant. The following morning Bob called to say my new Hoyt was read to be picked up. The quality of customer attention and consideration at Adirondack Archery is unfounded anywhere else. Bob sells high quality products and isn’t out to screw over customers. He takes pride in his work, which is seen in his expertise in archery and attention to a customer’s needs.
