Depending on who you speak to, they are incredibly helpful and customer-centric! Aimee took time out of her day to assist me in finding a package that was delivered to this location versus my home. After searching through some pick-up items and listening in to my customer service calls, Aimee said she would take a look in the receiving dock. Within 30 minutes, I received a call that my package was found!!

After many failed attempts with Amazon Customer Service and UPS Customer Service, and instead of needing to wait for a refund and re-ordering the package and waiting another 2 weeks for delivery, I got customer-centric support that goes above and beyond the job requirements at this type of location.

Check in is through a camera and TV screen... horrible audio quality made even worse when the person (and I mean no disrespect to this individual, he seemed nice.) has an accent.

Make sure you have your appointment number or they will turn you around. Why have a security office with no one in it? I hate these places.

I have a load quite obviously to be delivered to your warehouse but you have no one to check my paperwork and verify any other numbers? No I have to call RXO who isn't even open till 8am on a Saturday. Appointment was supposed to be 7am......

One of there employees lost there phone and credit card. I tried to return it, and security said not their problem. You'll have wait and see if they go out on break or leave for the day.
