We bought a whole cow from them recently. We have bought cows from several places, but this was by far the best meat. Even the butchering was better (my wife kept commenting on the quality of the butchering as she was unpacking it). I don't know why the meat is better, but it just is. Even our friends that we split the cow with keep saying the same thing. They were friendly, and even gave us some extra tongues they had lying around (I know that sounds weird, lol).
