This area is very lucky to have Pardy's doing the work they do. On-the-farm slaughter is the most humane and caring way to end your animal's life and the fact that Pardy's is committed to doing that is fortunate. They're highly professional, experienced, and down to earth. The slaughter was perfect, they helped with clean up, and were on their way within an hour of arriving. The packaging and labeling is excellent. They are a small operation and you can be assured you will get your own meat back unlike many slaughter houses that mix up orders and give you someone else's meat which is very important to small scale farmers that may raise 100 percent grass fed beef or heritage livestock.
