If you have work done make sure you have eneything in writing on your bid. If you need to inform them they made a mistake take a witness. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a business when they were at fault for an error. They made a mistake drilling holes in my cabinet doors, kept them to fix and when I got them home and unwrapped then the hinges fell out of the doors. I was then accused of opening the doors too much and making them fall out when you could look at the hinges and see they were incorrectly routerd twice.. I will NEVER return to them again.
