Love Scriba Meats!!! Their fresh meat, which may be cut right in front of you, is top of the line!! Everyone that works there are super helpful & friendly. The owners are wonderful people too. They have a wall of freezers full of all sorts of exotic meats from alligator to venison, most any seafood you could want-some frozen, some fresh-they carry a good variety of beer in their cooler, & their handmade subs & sandwiches are the best. My favorites are their meatball sub & their Reuben sub. Of course they're both hot subs that are packed full of excellent, fresh ingredients. I'm pretty picky about red sauce & meatballs but theirs are the best around. Every sub or sandwich I've seen made at Scriba Meats is always packed full of everything but especially their super fresh meats. Given the fact that their meat is cut to order, always super fresh, & of the best quality you can find, you may pay a bit more per pound but believe me it is always well worth it. They give a familiar feeling when you walk through the door as if you've known them for years even if it's your first visit. Very friendly service and they have the best meat there is, hands down. Most of the time I would say five stars because I used to love this place. However, the girl made both mine and my dad's sub wrong my dad caught her mistake at the shop bit I didn't see mine until I got home. Usually we can understand a mistake we are not perfect but when he double checked to make sure all of what he was allergic to was off this girl got the biggest attitude like I'm sorry people can't control what they are allergic to.
