This dealership is top notch!! Michael Sleight was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Coming from Buffalo he made everything very easy and comfortable. Mike was very efficient, he was able to answer all of my questions with great knowledge and was quick to respond to all my calls and texts. Upon picking up my vehicle everything was smooth and quick. Mike spent the time going over the vehicle and any questions I had. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! All of the staff is exceptional at Peake and I will definitely be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Mike!!

Where to begin!!! The truck is a 2017 Ram 3500 Diesel with a 6-Speed Manual bought brand new from Peake. I spent 2 years in high school BOCES for automotive technology. I am very particular with my vehicles and being my first new truck just as much with this one. The appointment for a 4 tire mount and balance and an alignment a service I do not have the equipment to perform. It was pre-scheduled and my truck was dropped off the night before. At noon the day I was to pick it up I received a call that it was taking a little bit longer than expected. I asked if it would be complete by 3:30 PM, when I was able to get a ride to pick it up, and was assured that another tech would be arranged so that it could be. Upon arriving at 3:30 PM it was visible from the road that the truck was on the alignment machine. After being dropped off and approaching the service door I could clearly hear my truck through the open bay doors being revved up in the back of the shop numerous times before being driven a little ways and revved up more. Vary displeased with hearing that my truck was being revved for no apparent reason I entered asking the person whom I had had all my communications with why this was being allowed as they could clearly hear it from the desk as well. Firmly stating that if this is the way my truck is being treated they will no longer have my business. Another employee at the service desk then makes a joke of the situation mockingly telling the person I was talking to "Uh oh better go yell at him" than laughing! I walk out to cool of as I was incredibly angry at this point! My contact came out less than 2 minutes later apologizing and giving me the excuse that the tech was having difficulties maneuvering the truck! This interaction is also the point that I find out that the truck wasn't even pulled into the shop to be serviced at all until 3:20 PM verified by the alignment paperwork. The truck was also checked for alignment, not performed, as the alignment was "perfect" with incredibly worn tires that were not worn evenly across the tread. I'll save the reasons why but an alignment should ALWAYS be performed with the new tires on the vehicle. It continues to go downhill as the contact came outside, where I was still waiting, twice to tell me about other service they "need" to do for things that I had already told them I was aware of and taking care of on my own. Then one last time to tell me that the tech is having issues with the lug nuts and that they were unsure if it would be finished before close. This is an incredibly common swelling that has happened on all 4 ram trucks I've owned and many other vehicles I've owned and worked on, not a time consuming setback for anybody the slightest bit mechanically inclined! My experience was finally complete at 5:50 PM 20 minutes after they were scheduled to close as I was very firm in my response that the truck would not be there another night. I was then told while paying the bill that for my inconvenience they wouldn't charge me for the alignment that wasn't done and was checked improperly in the first place which I had told my contact wasn't done properly and any quick google search can validate that. The icing on the cake comes when I get the receipt and see that the last name of the contact is Peake!! I confirmed with him that he is indeed a member of the dealership owning family!! My vehicles will no longer be serviced through this dealership as these are not the first Issues I've had just the final straw. Its clear that the techs they apply to their basic services do not have the experience and understanding to perform the tasks properly, aren't required to treat a customers vehicle in a professional manner, and that the service department or owners evidently care more about up-selling more service and product than customer satisfaction. Please put the Lessord family back in control so I can have a local dealership that I trust with...

Organization and Communication is horrible. I had traveled 2 1/2 hours to their dealership and made a deposit on a vehicle and signed a buyers agreement and set a pick up date. and they sold it to someone else after it was brought to the back. and lied to me about it for a week. They didn't do anything to make it right. they wanted to sell me another vehicle for $3,000 more. they tried to replace the vehicle with a similar one before I came to pick it up but they couldn't find one. I talked to them 3 times on the phone, 3 seperate days since my vehicle I was buying was sold "by accident"and they just tried to hide it from me. I take out the exact amount of money from a loaner so we could buy the car out right because it was giving me a lower % rate, and later that night they finally call to tell me the disappointing news. after i turned down my other choices from dealerships and they were sold once i chose to go with Peake. I purchased my car insurance in my own name for the first time that's effective now and I don't have the vehicle now, so now I have to deal with that too. They told me to purchase my insurance a few days before I picked up my vehicle and I did. I am so disgusted, they are unprofessional and unorganized and they need to make serious changes so what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else because I don't wish this feeling upon anybody. I was robbed and I was lied to. Returning my money isn't making it right. You have to return my money because it belongs to me. They could of did more but they didn't. They could of kept me as a customer but they didn't. This isn't suppose to happen at a dealership. I signed a buyers agreement with a deposit and set pick up date, and I watched them drive it out back, off the lot. The managers explanation was "too many employees to communicate with each other and not having enough space out back for everything to be organized" Basically sold cars are mixed in with ones that go back out on the lot for sale. I don't recommend the trip to their dealership. I have never had to write a bad review on a place before. I have never had such horrible service in my life. I have never been so disappointed. Whats really annoying too is I took out an exact loan to buy out the vehicle and now I have to find a different vehicle for the exact amount of money I have. What a huge...

I bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 from lessord before they changed to peake. Our salesman was jack. We live in syracuse.

He was nice the first meeting and it went straight down from there. As my wife and I give the car one last look before we signed the paperwork, we asked a few questions about things that concerned us. He was dismissive and eventually just said, you can take your deposit back if you don't like it. As we discussed that option, his attitude changed and tried to reel us back in. I liked the car, but still had some concerns. I asked to have it put on a lift for review and jack wouldn't let us talk to the mechanic. He said "he is some hourly guy, he doesn't know anything".... and began to explain why he didn't like that guy anyway.

Due to our own time constraints, we couldn't wait any longer to make the purchase or look at any other cars. We pulled the trigger. As we made the purchase, the car had only 16k on it but was outside the 3 year mark. We really debated the warranty. It was not CPO. We inquired about the warranty but jack said we probably shouldn't need it due to low miles. To help save some money, we took his advice.

I commute to my job so we knew the miles would also rack up and any warranty we purchased would be over before we could even really use it. 5yr -50k, when I drive 26k a year for example.

So far, the rear sensor for lane obstructions is not working, 500-700 to repair along with a hand free module at around 400. It is now less than 1.5 yrs of ownership and the warranty would have maybe been used. Go figure!! The reason for 2 stars is the car I bought has been an issue since day 1. I wish I could return it. And my experience with the salesman was less the stellar. However, the shining star at Peake is my experience with Andrea in service. She has been wonderfully helpful since day 1. I didn't meet any other staff, but based on other reviews, the company has good staff.
