Went in to the showroom hoping to get assistance picking a new set of bathroom hardware. I have very specific requirements for the shower head and was in a hurry. I had to approach the saleswoman (who was on the phone at her desk) and ask for her assistance. After I described my needs for a hand held shower head with strong pressure, she told me to look at the sink faucets since all of them had showers to match (I thought I wanted a shower???? )Then we started to look at showers on-line. After being surley, and contradicting me several times, I decided she was not going to help me find what I need, and I will not be purchasing a shower head from your company despite the fact that I have the most lovely tiles I bought from you years ago...

I went in to buy an anchor kit for a Kohler toilet seat. It was the first time I had been there. They are in my town and I'd rather give my business to a local store. The problem is that Best Plumbing and many other plumbing supply stores and electrical supply stores charge home owners list price on everything. They don't like dealing with home owners or do it your selfers so they take the opportunity to bang you on the price. They wanted $37 for the same kit that sells for $24 on Amazon. That is an apples to apples comparison! I won't be going back...

Customer Service above and beyond. I had purchased a shower assembly from Best Plumbing 10 years ago. When an issue came up with the assembly, Dave DiPietro at Best Plumbing went above and beyond to solve the issue, even though the manufacturer had previously discontinued the assembly. Dave worked hard to find a solution that would save us ripping out tile. I wish every store took customer needs into account like Best Plumbing...
