Please do not bring children to The Milk Pail, unless they are 18 or over. I visited The Milk Pail for the first time this morning. The store was empty with the exception of the clerk behind the counter and a woman making donuts. The woman making donuts did not greet me, but made sure to tell me the stores policy does not allow children in the store. There was no one in the store and my masked daughter was going to hold my hand the entire time. The donut woman continued to reiterate that it is the stores policy to not allow children in the store. When I asked her why, she kept repeating the story policy. The store clerk was watching the entire time, she saw my disappointment and my daughter’s sadness. We met Amy , the owner . she was so warm , friendly and full of knowledge. I learned so much about apples . Types, tartness, sweetness , growing patterns and more .
