This place is terrible. For 1. I had a small part that had broken on my zero turn and they told me the only way to get that part was if they ordered a $150 kit with it in it. I called a different dealer (who actually put the effort in to find the individual part) and it was only $40. At the same time I asked them to service my hydros and fix another problem with the mower shutting off intermittently. I get a call to pick it up and they had installed the $150 kit which I told them not to and servicing the hydros wasn’t on the work order. I leave and go mow two properties then notice my hydraulic cap was gone. So I go back to get my cap and see if any damage had been done from running it without it and the owner Brian proceeded to tell me they never touched the hydros even though I had asked them to. Then I said they clearly had taken the cap off (because I do not mess with that stuff) then Brian proceeded to scream in my face and threaten me and hit my trailer. Brought my Husqvarna chainsaw to get repaired. It was unable to cut through a large log. They gave it back to me and charged me over $100. I brought it home and it still was not working. Brought it back immediately. They never contacted me about the repair after a month. Went back to see if it had been repaired and they said you cannot repair it. It lost compression. Ask for a refund they refused. They said they they fixed it but now it’s unrepairable. This is a total rip off unreliable, terrible business practice. I will never...

Purchased Husqvarna Mower from Brian 8/2019 told me it was a 2018 reduced price by $300. When it was delivered next day. I discovered it was a 2015. called to speak w/Brian he refused to talk to me. called Husqvarna to verify age of mower-2015. when service was needed 8/2020, Brian refused service.
