Visit was Great staff was very helpful. The selection of meat sticks and brats is something of epic proportion and quite frankly amazing and undescribable as our English language hasn't the adjective to support the bewilderment and confusion that one has standing there trying to narrow down a selection. Now even if your just stopped in there for the great quality cuts of fresh meat or the seafood (we're not even going to touch base on that one As it's well-deserving of its own review of awesomeness) and doesn't include buying brats or meat sticks. At least when you hear a couple going on about some mystic lore a fantasy a fable consisting of Brats and it's younger sibling meat stick of every flavor every combination one could conjure on any morning with an endless amount of time to ponder while sitting atop the throne. At least then in hearing those whispers about the fabled fantasy you can stop slowly turning pause, squinting just a tad, making eye contact and whispering back intently, Indeed the fantasy it is not a fantasy but yet the Fable is true! Lol A good place for real 100%... Pulling in is kind of a thing when the viaduct for the train went in they had to lengthen the driveway. Instead putting it alongside to the bottom of the viaduct... Absolutely no big deal just a heads up. Even if one had to stop and turn around we're talking about rural Wisconsin. Isn't much traffic unless it happens to be Sunday mornings after church or maybe after our team in Green Bay pulls off a narrow victory later that afternoon... And yes definitely...

I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUTCHER AGAIN!!!! Took two steers there in Oct 2022, one being a fair steer and the other a finished feeder. They were Charolais/simmental crosses. One was 1217# the other was 1131#, 18 months old. Was told 35% of live weight is take home. GOT BACK 28% ridiculous! One steer yielded 336# and the other was 324#. We have had dozens of steer processed through our regular place but due to a fire we had to find a different butcher. Poor service and very unprofessional. Had to waited almost a hour just to unload my steers, because they throught washing an RV during operating hours was more important than customer service. Don't let my experience be your story to. ...

Stopped while in the area and picked up some items. Store had a slight off-aroma, but seemed clean otherwise. Picked up a fresh strip steak and cooked for dinner - it was excellent! Also picked up two packs of baby back ribs, which I thawed for dinner the next night. One looked fine had a foul aroma that I opted not to cook, but the other was on point and delivered tender, flavorful ribs - better than you'll get at the megamart. It's not in my area so I won't seek it out again, but shop carefully and wisely and you'll find some nice morsels. But beware that some items may not be up to...
