Saturday 8/28/2021 ~9pm: Car key lost after spending day tubing Sugar River about 30 miles from home. Called AAA for tow & was connected to Locks &Unlocks. Jake gave us an estimate of $500 due to type of vehicle & OT due to Saturday late night service call. A tow to home requiring front lift tow truck & still needing a locksmith, we went with L&U’s. Jake arrived about 20 min later, worked on getting key to gain entry into car & the to module in car to create “chip” key for ignition. About 45 min later we had a key, a spare key AND a master pattern (?) key all for less than his initial quote! (Learned a lot about keys for cars)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND For ANY Of Your LOCKED OUT NEEDS!!! Being locked out, can be a stressful situation no matter what... but received prompt, friendly, courteous service from Jake - the owner of " Locks and Unlocks". It was the first time, that I had the need of a locksmith's services. Being the day after C'mas, the first few companies I called were unavailable or had no staff that could help. I needed to not only get into my living space, but also needed to do laundry & pack for a flight leaving in 6 hrs. "Locks and Unlocks" came later in the evening, on Dec. 26th - didn't make me feel bad or that I was inconveniencing them over the holidays. I was completely put at ease & considered Jake, my C'mas Angel. He even made copies of the keys (that I had locked inside), on premise - before He left. For the overall experience from the Locks and Unlocks Inc. I was amazingly pleased by the service that was provided. After calling in late hours at 9pm our phone call was picked up and answered in a welcoming manner. We were first helped with an attempt at being talked through how to fix the lock ourselves with very useful instructions. Although, after failing to get the lock ourselves, Jake informed us that he would be out to our location to help shortly. He arrived at our house within 15 minutes of our call and fixed the lock within 5. His service was completed very quickly and efficiently. After fixing the lock, he installed a new door handle and lock within minutes, double and triple checking that the lock worked. The whole experience took about 20 minutes in all.
