Worst experience I have ever had buying on Ebay. Seller did not ship order for an entire week after purchase, and the received item was packaged like literal garbage in an undersized box. Item was damaged, dirty, caked in dust, and not working properly. Seller promised to ship a replacement, but kept lying, making excuses, and not following through. I was promised replacements multiple times, each time I called I was told "the replacement will be going out tomorrow." Over two weeks after I sent the original item back, I received neither a replacement nor a refund. It was only after I left negative feedback on Ebay that I received any service.

The second that the negative feedback hit their account, I received a message asking me to retract it, but they didn't even appear to be fully aware of the situation, as they had told me I can keep the item (when I returned it a full two weeks prior). When I didn't respond, it seems that the seller contacted Ebay to have their negative feedback fraudulently removed.

From start to finish, this ordeal took six weeks. One week to ship the item after purchase, one week to receive the item, two weeks of wrangling to get a return label for this damaged item, and two further weeks before a refund was issued.

Words cannot describe how painful of an experience this was....

This was a fantastic experience! I've had an old TV in desperate need of recycling & searched upcoming events in my area & was directed to this site. It was easy to register, I picked my drop off time & received a verification email shortly thereafter. They also sent reminder emails a few weeks before so I wouldn't forget👍. I was excited to free up the space this tv was taking in my house so I set off to the drop off location for my scheduled appointment. There was an advertisement set up in front of the drop off location just to make sure you knew you were in the right place & people directing traffic to keep things moving. There was a woman ensuring we all registered then another group of people directing where to go. They also gave every car a packet of seeds as a little thank you for supporting the event. Everyone was professional, friendly & following the safety protocols with the current covid situation. I pulled up for the young man to take my TV out of the car & I was on my way home. If you could get an objective, firsthand look at how upper management treats its employees, you would not do business with this company. Well over half the company is staffed by immigrant Nepalese and Bhutanis who are consistently mocked behind their backs (although not being overly familiar with the English language, they would never know this). Filthy, dangerous working conditions, crooked internal politics and no respect for anything outside of new ways to make a quick buck. Its internal business practices are in direct contrast to its sanctimonious "let's save the word" image it promotes. Do not be fooled; the only "green" this company has any reverence for is the almighty dollar. The few highly skilled and knowledgeable (in the matter of all things technology) employees that have any business working in an electronics recycling facility are paid wages that would anger and stagger even a fast-food worker or a kid mowing lawns during the summer.
