We ordered furniture and were told it would be ready in approximately 10 weeks. We started calling to check the status in week 10. It took two weeks for a status update. We were told we could pick it up and given a date. The store is a two hour trip from our home. We pulled our enclosed trailer and stayed at our cabin an hour from the store. We got a vague text from the store as we were headed there to pick up the furniture that it was not ready after we were ensured that it would be. No details provided. We stopped at the store anyway to get more information. At this time we were once again told it would be completed and ready for us today. Yet again, we get another text that there's an issue. No real details or explanation. We were given another promise that it will be ready by the end of the week. We're pretty upset. They had no issue taking full payment for our order. There should be better, professional, communication taking place. We are well beyond the "promised" date and very irritated with the flimsy excuses. They have taking the joy out of gifting this baby furniture to my son and daughter-in-law. Maybe it will show up before their baby is born, but none of us will hold our breath! The furniture finally arrived. It was beautiful. THERE WAS NO HARDWARE for the crib, so there was no way to put a mattress in it. WORSE EXPERIENCE...
