Nice store but I’m pissed off about the cowboy hat shaping service I received. I dropped 4 hats off one day and the hat shaper wasn’t in. They said he’d call me to chat about the shape I wanted. He never did so after a few days I called and he wasn’t there again so I had them leave a message. He never called me again and after a week I called again and he said he still hadn’t started them. I told him the style I wanted them and he said he’d have em early the following week. Again no call, I called them and they said he should have em done in a day or two. Ended up calling them 3 days later and he said they were done. I went and picked them up and the shapes were ok but the hats were extremely dusty. Then he charged me $45 per hat. More than I’ve ever paid for a hat shaping. I paid and didn’t say anything but now I’m going to get one of them reshaped elsewhere again after just a couple months so I had to...

We purchased a used saddle from them because they told us they can recommend a good one based on us showing them a picture of our horse. We were also told we can send them a picture of the saddle on our horse afterwards and they can let us know if it's truly a good fit or not. If not, we can get a refund back. We sent a picture and were told the fit was good. After several months and only having used the saddle 3 times, we found out it wasn't a good fit afterall. We called and was told there was a chance we can get a refund if we brought it back to the store and had the condition reviewed. We did after a long drive and was told since it was outside their timeframe for returns, they would not let us get a refund. It's frustrating having wasted so much time and money for nothing. If you are looking for a Western saddle for your horse, this is the place to go! (And ask for Scott - he did a wonderful job fitting our horses.) I wanted a western saddle (I’ve been riding English for over 30 years) and didn’t know the first thing about fitting a Western saddle. My friend and I brought 3 horses (we made an appointment first) to West 20. Staff was helpful and friendly, stalls are impeccable, and the arena was beautiful.
