This company is nothing more than a middle man. They do not know anything about the products they sell, do not honor the worry free guarantee and are just plain difficult to deal with.

We purchased a table top fountain for $180.00 which arrived in a box with the item encased in plastic wrap and then covered in spray on foam so when you attempt to remove the item you need to destroy the box as the the foam sticks to everything. So, if you need to send it back, strike one. We attempted to assemble it and it turned in to a real problem as the parts that go inside it are too big and stiff causing leaks. Just what you want in a table top fountain. Rather than have a external transformer (12vDC), the pump is 110VAC which has a thick stiff power cord and is bigger than a 12VDC would be. This causes the silicon plug in the bottom to contort so it continually leaks. So, with that and the other tubes that need to route the water plus the small size of the cavity of the fountain make it impossible to be leak free as a table top fountain should be.

I contacted the company that manufactured it through a web site and was NEVER contacted. I called Serenity Health and the Customer Service rep was clueless since she has zero familiarity with the product. I was told also that it was a custom order so it’s not returnable. NOTHING on the web site mentioned that. The rep did say that I should write it all up and then they would contact the company. Really? How about just refunding our hard earned money and your “Worry Free Guarantee” which seems to be worthless.

Needless to say I guess we are out $180.00 and have a very expensive planter. I would not do business with this unhelpful company EVER AGAIN and if I was a new customer considering purchasing from these folks I would...

To me & in my opinion with Serenity Health & Home Decor, they are a very friendly & responsible company that stand behind their products & their product warranties. I had purchased a $200 round Wood burning Fire Pit from them about 6 months ago in November of 2018 from today's date, 5/22/2019. The Fire Pit started having defects with the removable Fire Bowl & the Spark Screen that came with the Fire Pit. This with only 6 months of light to normal use monthly & having it well protected when not in use using a large 4' x 4' W x 2' H Metal Galvanized Water Trough turned upside down to cover the Fire Pit & its entire base from moisture. I simply did not like the fact that the Fire Pit was rusting & warping this badly already when it was not even owned or used for 1 year yet! I simply researched & found out what the product/manufacturer warranty was on my purchased Fire Pit that was sold & manufactured directly by Serenity Health & Home Decor which was a 1 year limited warranty on it thank goodness.

Therefore, I filed with Serenity Health & Home Decor directly by email with image proof of the 2 defective parts of the Fire Pit that were rusting badly & warping badly along with my original order receipt attached in the email for proof of my purchase with them. I got an immediate & friendly reply back from Serenity Health & Home Decor on my warranty filing request. With no arguing, hesitation or complications from them on my filed warranty request; they simply replied back & typed:

"Thank you for the pictures. I’m sorry you are having issues with the firepit. I will send out a replacement via Fedex . We do not want the defective parts returned. Please let us know if we can assist you further. Thanks, have...

BUYER BEWARE WITH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY THAT SELLS GARBAGE QUALITY MERCHANDISE. ORDERED 3 OUTDOOR PIECES THAT ARE SOLD AS OUTDOOR "DURABLE" PIECES, AFTER BEING KEPT IN GARAGE AND ONLY PUT OUTSIDE ON WEEKENDS FOR USE IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 8 WEEKS AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY RUSTING OUT AND COMPLETELY FADED AND WENT FROM GLOSS BLACK TO MATTE AND PEELING. COMPANY TOLD ME I LIVE TO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS AND WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR GARBAGE MERCHANDISE.
