I just left AudioWize and they’re fantastic. Other customer reviews are what prompted me to reach out to them when I was looking for a place to install a remote starter.

I shot them a message through their website’s Contact Us form and received a reply back within an hour or two. I called the next day to get more info on their products and relayed which features were important to me (start confirmation and extended range). Kevin was very knowledgeable in regards to the differences between their Compustar models. I was able to set up an installation appointment for the following day!

Kevin called me shortly before my appointment to ensure that I was going to the right place as they had moved locations recently and Google had literally just updated to their new address minutes prior to my appointment - good thing too because when I checked yesterday it still had their old address. Bonus: the new location (234 Bloomingburg Rd) was 10 minutes closer to me!

The woman who works in the office (I dropped the ball and should have asked/confirmed, but her name might be Dottie? Guessing from the email response I had received the day prior.) was very welcoming and pleasant, and ensured I was warm enough in the waiting area, which was understandably still a smidge “under construction” but also bright, clean, spacious, and accommodating. Before leaving, both of them made sure I knew how to work the new key fob and had the phone app set up correctly, and where to find the info in my car if ever needed in the future.

I am so happy with the product and service I received today. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a remote starter installation to consider Audiowize over big-box...

I have a 2018 Mazda3 and my info display was "snow flaking" in the corners to the point where I couldn't read the display in the daylight. I bought the replacement screen and had the YouTube video on how to replace it. I was turned down by 4 other repair shops. It looked to be an easy replacement if you had the correct tools. I then came across Kevin at AudioWize. What a nice young man!! He looked at the video and said he'd give it a shot. He said it looked like a lot of work and quoted me for the repair. I brought it to him and within a few hours he had it done. He said it wasn't as big a job as he thought it would be so he charged me less than what he quoted me. He did a wonderful job and it looks better than brand new. I would definitely use Kevin again for whatever I needed and would highly recommend him as well.

The experience was great. I called Kevin in the morning looking for a remote start installation. I did a little research and wanted a specific compustar model. He had it in stock, so I hopped in my car and drove over. He had the system installed an hour! It was great, no dropping my car off, no looking for rides, etc.....in and out! The system works great and I'm super happy. Everyone else was more expensive for an inferior system. I knew I wanted a 3,000' key fob range. I work on the 9th floor and I need to start my car in the parking garage under the building! Everyone was was giving me the 1000' key fob range for more money. The short of it, go to Kevin.
