Jon Krueger Electric, Heating & Cooling — Local services in Town of Warren

We called Jon Krueger Electric when we needed someone to look at our water heater. They had their water heater guy, Rick, out in a timely manner. It is my perception that Rick was open and honest about our options to repair or replace our water heater. While providing us with our options Rick seemed very empathetic as both options kinda sucked financially for us right now. Kindness and being personal goes a long way in my books! Jon (the owner) was very easy to talk to when we decided to replace our water heater. He seemed to help us find something that worked well for us. They had Rick back out with our new water heater in a timely manner. Rick also did an awesome job answering any questions I had about basic part knowledge and the future maintenance of our water heater! Great if you don’t have an emergency. He gets to it when he feels like it. Runs on bankers hours. Website says 8:00-500. More like 9:30 -2:00. Great guy unless you want to meet in person.
