I 1st ordered some "Glow in the dark plastic pieces," on 26FEB2025, never heard anything from "Nick Paulus" for a few days, I was looking at my emails and saw a "refund to my account" email, I sent another message to "Nick Paulus" he explained he was out of town and was sorry, I said cool things happen, as I really wanted these "Glow in the dark plastic pieces"...So I gave them another chance and reordered on 10MAR2025, had to message them again to find out where my order was, "Nick Paulus" was very apologetic and even said he would throw in some extras for the trouble, again I said "no worries" received another message from "Nick Paulus" saying the items have shipped. After a few day have went by, I messaged "Nick Paulus" for a tracking #, his response was "oh they didn't send you one" "Nick Paulus" finally sends me a tracking #. Today while checking my emails, I'm asked by ETSY how i want to be refunded my $$$...well my current order that was placed was cancelled again, even after I was given a "FAKE" tracking number, I'm all for working things out with the seller, and even tried messaging "Nick Paulus" but I am unable to do too being blocked by "Nick Paulus" few things stand out to me..."Nick Paulus" integrity is lacking, poor business practices. All this could have been resolved, but I was blocked, I've used the name "Nick Paulus, b/c that's who I've been talking to over at RingsNThings Workshop.
