I had an old Dell with Windows XP. The OS had become corrupt. I couldn't access my old files. Vicki not only retrieved my old files and back them up and put them to put on the new drive, she saw to it that my PC was compatible with Windows 7 (thank goodness it was). My old hard drive was getting ready for the scrap heap.I told her I wanted a new hard drive, Windows 7, and an upgrade to my RAM, a new sound card and a video card, and a new battery (the one that regulates the internal clock on the motherboard. For a fair price she did all that and updated everything from drivers for the PC and all the updates for the new OS with everything that was available for that OS. The bottom line... my PC is still running today and I am very satified with the work she did on it. I highly recommend her services. She is friendly and courteous and will let you know up front how much it will cost you to have her work on your computer. If you're not tech savvy then give her a call and see what she has to offer.
