This is a picturesque roadside waterfall located off of route 52 in Ellenville, NY. As you cross the tributary where the waterfall is located there is a small road on the right with a spot big enough to park one car for viewing. The falls can be seen very well from the bridge crossing the tributary. I believe the property that the falls sits on is private property, however, it was quite evident that people walk in to get a closer view. A well worn path guides you further back. The fall was running beautifully today with all the rain we have had. I do see a footbridge above the falls that has my curiousity piqued but I'm afraid that I dont know anything about accessing it. Read moreBeautiful falls that we finally got to see and find! We hiked/walked the old rail trail which ends in Nevele’s backyard. We took one of the trails to the right and somehow a few miles in we ended up at the falls. We tried to walk the trail on the other side of the waterfall but believe it’s part of Honors Haven. Not sure how you would come from the other side without having to hike 8.5...
