My little brother came in excited to spend his hard-earned money and left feeling totally misled. He was upselled by a budtender who clearly took advantage of his age and first time in dispo. The budtender was adamant about pushing a product with only 59% THC like it was top-shelf quality. Anyone who knows concentrates or vapes understands that 59% THC is incredibly low, especially when there are products on the market regularly testing at 80–90%+. It’s really disappointing to see staff prioritize sales over honesty. Instead of guiding him toward the best value for his budget, she pushed a weak product and that’s not just bad customer service, it’s shady. If you respect your customers, especially young ones trying to learn, you don’t talk them into overpriced, low-potency products. I should've left when the employee recommended "dank" as her go to. I informed her it's a terrible quality product known to taste like fertilizer. She then offered me 40 tonnes and since I was in a rush I left without more questions. This stuff is impossible to smoke. Tastes of nutes and ash when you finally get it to light is completely black almost no white ash at all. Waste of an hour drive and more importantly the money wasted..

Reply: if most of your customer base is used to smoking farmer joes stuff down the block where he uses cow shit to grow then just about anything will be better, however the chemicals in 40 tonnes have a hard time burning off, not sure what the grower issue is but maybe improper flush.
