This place sucks. Drove 30 minutes out for an under 12 stick and pick session with three small kids after confirming on their website that it was in-fact scheduled AND calling in the morning only to have an automated message also confirm its scheduling. A nice young lady shared that it wouldn’t be taking place this week due to a girls hockey game.

UPDATE: The owner’s response is a classic case of gaslighting. I sent the attached screenshot to my wife early that morning when looking for a family skate option (note the date and time on the screenshot). After I complained, they updated the website. Now they’re claiming that it was that way the entire time and I’m an idiot for missing it. If you screw up, admit to it and fix it. People will understand. Gaslighting...

Yes, Somewhat ♿️ accessible. The staff are very helpful to accommodate as best they can. There is a lift up to the 2nd floor party rooms, accessible with staff. 1st floor bathrooms. Building is somewhat older, but owners are revamping & updating as possible. We had lots of fun with our private party & ice time. They have "trainers" for new skaters to hold on to while learning to skate. We had many 1st timers, adults & kids, try it & all had fun. The 2nd floor rooms have glass walls overlooking the entire rink. Ice time for private parties, teams & leagues. A great idea for birthday fun & $ well spent! Place is awful! The parking lot is incredibly icy and it hasn't snowed in 4 days. So many kids were falling in the parking lot. Potholes all over too.

I wish it got better in the inside but it does not. It's like this place was built in the 60's and never touched again. The bleachers are a health hazard. Rusty pipes, multiple perforations in the ceiling, just a sad place to be.

Absolutely absurd. Scottsville should be ashamed.
