My grandmother was a patient in short term rehab in the McCauley unit. Absolutely would never recommend. The rooms were never cleaned, the bathroom was never cleaned, & the doctor never called us back concerning our serious questions regarding my grandmother’s medications. She was rarely looked in on, rarely checked upon, & one CNA in particular, was horrendously miserable to my family, including my grandmother. She would reluctantly help, but it was like pulling teeth. Very unprofessional & uneducated staff. Most of the CNAs were quite undesirable.
