Rita was fantastic. I placed a beautiful order for white roses to be delivered last minute. At first she didn't have everything, so she actually referred me to another florist, who wasn't able to do it. Rita called to check to make sure I'd been taken care of, turns out, she ended up filling my order because the other place didn't have what I needed, or the ability either. I have no idea what the previous review was about, my order was in Marathon, placed from Jersey.. she was excellent, so sweet and helpful, and followed up with me a few days later to see how my friend liked her order. Nobody ever shows customer service like that! Soooo glad I didn't pay attention to the other review and actually made that call, you really have no idea!!!
