During my recent visit, I was very impressed with my hygienist. She was professional, kind, and made the appointment a comfortable experience. I truly appreciate her care and demeanor.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the front office staff left me disappointed. The staff member I encountered (who I understand is new) was rude and unprofessional. She insisted I pay for my daughter’s visit on the day of service, despite the fact that I have always chosen Dental Associates specifically because they accept my insurance. At no point before the appointment was I informed that payment would be required upfront.

I did not pay that day out of principle. I believe communication is essential to good patient care, and being surprised with unexpected payment demands is not acceptable. Clear, courteous communication from office staff would go a long way in ensuring patients feel respected...

I absolutely love Dr. Dudek, Dr. Cardillo, and the staff at Dental Associates of West Winfield. Dr. Dudek is a very talented, experienced, and knowledgeable dentist. I seriously trust no one else but the dentists there! Excellent dental care! I see horror stories on the internet about people's experiences with dentists. That is the exact opposite of the care I receive! My son and entire family have been patients of Dr. Dudek's for years! If you want a professional, honest dentistry practice, look no further! If you need dental work done, they won't take you for a ride, and they will get your smile back to normal...painlessly! The dental hygienists are wonderful too...as are the Office Staff! Very helpful, professional, and friendly. 6 stars...

From the start of my appointment to finish, 5 stars. Initially had a new patient appointment scheduled for the end of September. I was put on the cancellation wait list and was seen within 3 weeks of making the call for an appointment. I had an uneasy experience at a local chain company and was in need of a second opinion. Check in was smooth sailing, I was seen as soon as I finished my paper work.
