Barker Lake Golf Course — Local services in Town of Winter

This is a fantastic nine hole hidden gem. I stopped over the summer and was pleasantly surprised.

The first hole requires a precise tee shot to a platform green. The second hole’s second shot is a blind shot over and down the hill. Hole four requires a long drive off the tee to clear the water. Hole six has a very large old tree that requires ingenuity to clear.

So much thought constantly goes into almost every shot on this course. The surprising elevation changes make this always bound to be a good time.
