When I was a child, I remember visiting this shop with my aunts and grandmother on summer vacations to a neighboring town. While I have visited our family vacation property several times as an adult, sadly I had never returned to this shop. I LOVE cheese, and on a recent short trip to NY I saw this pop up on my maps as we were heading from the airport to the property. I am so glad we stopped in! First of all, the cheese Curds are just phenomenal! The quality, the flavor, the texture! The squeak as you bite through each curd! Beyond this they go above with what seems like a never ending supply of flavoring options that will blow away the taste buds! My favorite from this trip was the habanero and garlic flavor options. But there were just too many to try this time around. I had planned to bring a few other choices home but travel arrangements made that impossible sobill just be extra adventurous when i get a second chance. When we go back I may just have to set up camp outside the shop and try them all 1 by 1.

Of course they offer so much more than flavored Curds, so be sure to try the delectable cheeses that they proudly produce at Golden Age Cheese.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming...most importantly the clerk was patient as we struggled to decide what to try and asked her a dozen questions. She provided great service.

Well here is my experience as a first time customer. I place an order on Wednesday and paid $36.00 for two day shipping. I didn’t receive my order or an email or a phone call or anything from Goldenage Cheese to tell me my order wouldn’t be delivered until the following Wednesday 7 DAYS later. When I called and asked to have my shipping refunded they flat out told me it wouldn’t be refunded due to them not being able to get it delivered on time before the weekend, and this is some how my fault. It’s safe to say this was not only my first order but my last as well. Thank you for all your help...
