There was an issue with a part I had ordered. It had nothing to do with this company at all. I reached out to them. They literally responded within two minutes. And corrected somebody else’s error. And they had no obligation on their end to do so. This is rare. I am very grateful for this company!
On a sidenote, I would take negative reviews with a grain of salt. If I sold motors online, you bet I would limit the warranty. You could put an engine in the car and it definitely blow up because of user error. So, 30 days sounds fair to me. The fact they offer any warranty for people who aren’t mechanics is generous. We live in a society where nobody takes responsibility for their own actions. Read the description before you purchase. You assume some risk when purchasing used parts. The dealership would be happy to sell you new parts. Also, nobody would ever reply harshly to a polite, reasonable, grateful, and patient person.

So the guy there started to yell at me over the phone and telling me to ship it back. I told him I am not paying for shipping he said I have to. Then I told him that they shipped through fedex and never reported it as a hazardous item ( which you must its illegal to ship airbags without proper packaging) they did not ship as regular item. For me to ship it back its over $75 to ship it now. I paid $120 for the item for real??? Like im going to pay 50% of the price to ship it back now lol wow.
