Well, I did not expect to be totally disrespected and my new vehicle violated. I do not smoke. As a matter of fact I have severe allergy. Yet they took the opportunity of a simple repair to smoke in my vehicle. I had to drive home in 26° weather with all my windows down 10 miles only to have it still wreak of cigarette smoke. Was told I had nothing to complain about. Really, I am the one paying for this car. All I had to do was air it out a little and the smell would goi away. They are wrong. I can still smell it after paying professionals almost $500 to get rid of it, as I can not drive in it without getting a headache. So if you want $40 job to end up costing you $540, then this place is for you. Also they depreciated yhe value of my car by about $1,700 for the smell of cigarette smoke. People actually can and do pay less for any car that has been smoked in. All cause they couldn't treat my car as if it were my car, not theirs and not freaking light up til after they were done with my car. My 2014 Silverado was starting hard. Dropped it off for a diagnosis. Found the problem to be a bad fuel pump. After giving the ok to replace it, I got a call saying there was a bad universal joint and wanted to know if they should fix it. There were a couple of other minor issues I had theme fix.
