Yorkshire Town Court — Local services in Town of Yorkshire

My husband's lawyer called to reschedule his court date & he called multiple times and days prior to the court date. The Court Clerk said his lawyer didn't call at all or leave messages. She is LIEING cause the lawyer forward all the calls, times & days he did do so to my husband & myself. On top of faxing paperwork over as well. Then I called her myself today which is 3/18/19 @ 6 30pm. The Court Clerk said she still hasn't heard anything from my husband's lawyer. The funny thing is the lawyer said he talked to her at 6 23pm on the same day as me. The Court Clerk still continues to lie & be nasty to me about it. On top of it the lawyer has proof that he talked to the Court Clerk. Even tho my husband's lawyer couldn't make it to Court that day, my husband was in the hospital his self and to find out he has a BLOOD CLOT in his right leg. My husband has proof as well. Long Story short the Court Clerk failed to mention any of it to the judge, so now my husband has a warrant for his arrest instead of giving him a different court date.
