This place is incredible. Truly a hidden gem with wonderful owners. I went in the other day to see what it was all about after hearing about it from a friend. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and immediately offered a seat at the tasting bar to learn about the business. John exceeded my expectations and we ended up spending hours there learning about everything he does (and his wife’s cocktail skills). We got to taste some incredible offerings and walked away with 4 different bottles and new place to bring friends. The inside area is very relaxing to enjoy a drink/tasting and learn about whiskey, bourbon, liqueurs and rum. The product here is obviously a labor of love and very intentionally created with local ingredients and quality in mind. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Absolutely horrific service, sadly. Was looking forward to an intimate experience, and as soon as we walked in the door realized that wasnt the case. Should have left at that moment but figured we would still give it a chance. As we are sitting there waiting for him and the chatty man at the bar to stop talking, the owner (Im assuming) yells out, "what are you going to do, just sit there and ignore me".. well I figured you could stop talking for half a second, Acknowledge your only other 2 customers, walk over and get our order.. Instead, you chose to yell across this tiny room and show no care for anyone else besides yourself and the loud mouth man at the bar. Saw interest in your spirits at the liquor store and wanted to learn more about the process and where they came from.. but clearly the owner behind the bar...

My friends and I were traveling through Montana and looking for something to do on a chilly day, so we called ahead and arranged a a tour. John, the founder, served us samples of his spirirts, while sharing stories of their creation. His whiskey and rum are incredibly high quality—smooth and delicious. He also brought us back to show us his operation and still. It’s pretty amazing what he’s achieved in just four years.
