I picked up meat scraps from them and another shop locally for trapping yesterday and the other shop I got bones and meat from had white mold growing on their scraps and about 10 fifty gallon buckets full of spoiled meat in a locker. It caused their whole shop to smell nasty.
Palmer though when I picked up meat from them was extremely clean! There was no smell and the locker we went into for their scraps had just been washed and sanitized. The "scraps" were worthy to feed to my dog and had no spoilage to them. I am sad they don't process wild game because I'd be all over them. Overall I was very impressed with the kindly customer service, very clean facility, and expertise in the necessary skills to do their job and do it right! I was very impressed and that is not easy to do especially with my processed meats. Meeting with the farmer we called Palmer Pack and they could not provide cut sheet besides hanging weight, that's it.
