I contacted B & B to help with my malfunctioning Denon receiver and Brett came to look at the problem. The receiver could not be salvaged (probably due to age) and I replaced it with an Onkyo. Brett came back to install the new receiver and see if he could get my Universal remote to function with it. The receiver installation involved a lot of re-wiring and removal of old wiring (some 26 years old.) The Universal could not be made to function (again, probably age) and he made an excellent recommendation for a moderately priced replacement. He came back again to install and program the new Logitech remote. That was a lengthy job because I have an ancient and very unco-operative Roku player but he persevered with getting it all synced. He also installed a new stylus on my Denon record-player which has improved the sound enormously. He had taken the time before he came to look at videos regarding this installation because this record player is over 20 years old. I cannot speak highly enough of this company - they provide a level of personal service that you simply do not see today. And his willingness to work with older equipment (high quality but nonetheless, old) was extraordinary. His charges were most reasonable and I am so happy to have found this company. I would recommend them to anyone with any kind of communication/sound system need. They also do outside security camera work, although I did not need them for that. I called the Friday before Christmas & spoke with Brett (I think that was his name). He assured me that even though they were short staffed due to the holidays, he would have someone out to give us a quote on Tuesday (the day after Christmas). I have to be honest, after dealing with many unreliable businesses in Jacksonville when it comes to getting anything done in our home, I wasn’t expecting to hear from them on Tuesday. Well on Tuesday morning, I received a phone call from Mike who came out, listened to our wants, assessed what needed to be done, & quickly gave us a quote. I called back to confirm quote & appointment day after speaking to my husband. They came out on Friday since that was my husband’s day off but would have been out sooner if we had wanted. The guys did a great job & we are very happy with our security cameras installation. I would definitely recommend B & B Communications. I called about tv mounting and had the pleasure of meeting one of the most outgoing human beings I’ve ever met. Bobby moved some less time critical jobs around to get me helped out. The professionalism of this man, words can not express. He went above and beyond to ensure that my setup was done the right way, looked very clean installed and threw in the extra accessories that were needed to make the job done extremely well and not just done ok. After Bobby was done and ensured that I didn’t need any additional help around the house since we are just moving in, he helped me carry all the trash, tv box and additional items out to the trash. I can truly say that I have added a friend that I can always count on. Thank you Bobby for being an awesome man, and thank you B & B Communications Inc for being amazing.
