Very disappointed in customer service. The weather has been awful so unexpected outages are to be expected. Our powered did not go out once during the entire winter weather which I'm very thankful for. Today, We had to truck pull up and start changing out our pole. I understand maintenance but when I called to see how long it would be out, she just said we don't know. I asked if there is ever a notice if routine maintenance is going to be completed because its a Monday morning and I work from home. She said there is no warning.
I'm not sure this is acceptable. If they knew they would be changing out my poles today and I'd be without power knowingly, we should have received notice. It's now been an hour. I could have been prepared for no power and found a different...
