Dollar General — Local services in Triana

As much money that I spend here (A LOT), I'm obviously VERY upset about this. I went in today for basic necessities (Maybe 5 things). After I got 2 of what I needed I was told, "I'm sorry, we're closed for remodel." YET, I was able to walk in and shop..They also said that the register was closed, yet there was someone standing at it when I left. Also, if you're "closed for remodel" make sure you let your customers know. A sign would be helpful OR instead of letting your "remodel employees" play around, maybe put one at the door to let customers know?? Idk, seems like an obvious fix to this problem here..This is the closest DG to my house and I will NEVER go here again. Manager said, "Maybe tomorrow." I said, "Yeahh, I'm good." Because if that's how y'all treat folks that spend TONS of money in your store, I'M ALL THE WAY GOOD. It's DG baby, there are at least 4 in my vicinity. Customer...

I live walking distance from this store, the staff was so rude and disrespectful. The store didnt open until 8. Me and another lady started in the store when the gentleman was propping the doors open. He yelled at me to get out of the store they were not open yet, he said its 7 minute till. So the lady and stepped back out side. He then tells us we can come in, its 2 minutes till 8 at this point and the lady behind the counter yells at us again!!! I believe they are married. So rude, I left and drove to Foodland in Priceville. Very unprofessional. I will make the extra drive from now on to avoid...

I wanted to change my review from the 1 Star to a 4 has for the store it's always Very clean and stock .The manager there was very nice and helpful with the problem I have had with the same employee I had stop and promise to myself Never to go back but had to pick up some toys for the drive we like a few so went and the same person that I had I had again Not FRIENDLY TO ME AT ALL but I call the manager and she was so happy to help me So the the Lady that's the manager I would like to thank you for your kindness and support ❤️ May God bless you and your family...
