Dollar General — Local services in Trinity

i usually am not one to leave a negative review however, i feel as if something needs to be said about how downhill this dollar general has gone down. i’ve been going here for years and i’ve always loved the people and have had little to no complaints about it. however, as of recently, the store has began to be absolutely disgusting and the people are horribly rude to me no matter the circumstances. the employees always hang out in the back which causes many customers to sit in line to check out and wait for 10 minutes until they finally notice. when they DO notice they have an attitude with the customers as if it’s our fault and we’re bothering by interrupting their free time in the storage closet in the back behind the counter. plus, the place has become absolutely filthy. i used to bathroom the other day there and found blood stains on the floor, a fake nail, the toilet was disgusting, and there was just pure garbage in the floor and it looked like it had not been cleaned in WEEKS. I have noticed that most of my complaints are the newer employees that were just hired in the past year. 2 of them specifically. i am so disappointed and have never seen such an unstocked, dirty, and just pure gross store with such rude people in my...

The unfriendly staff makes you feel like your wrong and they dont seem to care about anything except talking to each other about others. The managers even make you feel bad, or being watched for no reason. Honestly feel like a preyed on everytime i am in this store. They dont care if you was rung up correctly or even if your coupons were taken off. The one true employee that cares works nights and she isnt never there when i am in there anymore and she makes you feel like your welcome to come back..
