Would advise to be careful on leaving a deposit at this shop. I inquired about getting an A-frame and menus done back around March last year right before the pandemic shut-down and was charged a $200 deposit. Thereafter, the shop was closed like all others. When I got back in touch in May, I requested a cancellation as there were barely any foot traffic and surrounding businesses were still closed to hand out menus. After several un-returned voicemails and emails, I finally got someone on the line and was told that some pre-graphic work had already been done. I have said that the shop can charge whatever it estimates for the labor and return the remaining amount. Nothing has been refunded. I have again left voicemails without hearing anything back. The sign shop is fantastic! I now have the nicest sign around. The attention to detail was incredible. Completely exceeded my expectations in every way. And Very reasonably priced. l was looking for large menu sign for my food cart. The previous one I had from another shop looked like a boring word document.
