Lets begin with the sales staff... The two individuals I dealt with were fantastic! They were helpful, knowledgeable (a rare thing) and were either extremely tolerant of my excitement or shared it. It would surprise me if they could share it because i'm a bit over the top at times! And not only were they like this when I was going to purchase my awesome CFMoto 700CL-X, but they were still like this after the purchase! And I could not believe that I got the bike for far less than another dealer that was geographically close to them! And when I came back for my first lube job and oil change? Again, fantastic! Couldn't beat the price! The mechanic that worked on it was both talkative (within reason of course) and helpful! I have never felt like I had personal service when doing something like this! And the gentlemen at the counter were great as well! They were also tolerant of me just hanging there while the service was done and interacted with me if/when they could! I can honestly say that I have not felt that I have had personal and interactive service at a motorcycle dealership before and it has changed how I feel about going to them for sales and service! And I know that I mentioned price... but their prices beat everyone else! At the very least, from my experience. For me, it's a bit of a drive/ride but the level of service they provide is more than worth the effort! I plan on taking my other bike there for service as well since they can do it all! Basically, don't waste your time with other dealers, just go here and you will not be disappointed!

UPDATE: I had decided to purchase a CFMoto 675SS. Shauna and Adam put up with all my questions and concerns since October of 24 when i made the decision. When the time came to trade in my 700CLX, it was a great experience! Friendly as always, answered all my questions and then some... I can't recommend them enough!

Further update: still the best customer service around! Flawless customer care and knowledge! Best prices, best service, best sales and support staff! I really can't recommend them enough. I have dealt with a few other dealerships but there is a reason I drive the extra miles to do business...

I have been there twice. Both times the man at the counter was rude and arrogant. The first time it took 3 weeks to replace the tires when I was guaranteed I would have it back in 1 week. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for them to pull it around. Today I brought in a loose wheel and tire to be mounted and balanced and they told me minimum of 3 days to have that done. It could take possibly longer. They have lost all customer service and I will not be giving them business ever again.

Apparently you can't reply. What about the fact the last time I was in this business Adam told another customer anytime they bring in loose wheels and tires they can be mounted immediately. I guess that only applied to that customer not all customers. We all know its a 15 minute job yo mount and balance 1 wheel. In fact i just went and bought tire spoons and did it myself. Why don't you have any smart answers for why it took 45 minutes to pull my bike around when I came to pick it up. How come I had to come back in twice and finally talk to someone different to get it pulled around? The tall skinny guys has always been nothing but nice and helpful. Adam has no idea what customer service is and the fact that the owner is sticking up for him obviously shows he...

But you gotta give credit where credit is due!

This is the 3rd powersport I have purchased in the past 6 years from LPS & I have received the same great service each and every time. There is no BS with the "out the door price", they give you the price of the machine, hell just look at their Website, they have the OTD price on each machine and they stand behind it. They are upfront with the Warranty options and you pick the level you want or none at all, that’s up to you “No Pressure”, and no extra hidden Doc & Prep fees or extra finance charges once you sit down to go over your financing options or pay cash, the price does not change! Let’s talk about the latest rig I bought from them - 2025 CF Moto U10 PRO Highland, picked it up a week ago and could not be happier, from the communication on the arrival date thru Jason the GM, financing with Shana (so smooth) and Derek w/Service giving me the run down on all the buttons & gadgets .

Trust me I have dealt with a couple of the worst in the past; I won’t go into detail or name them…….. Eh why not, ( Holzhuaer & Big St. Charles Motorsports).
