Sikes N Khon My shopping experience. On Saturday was awful!!!!! Stopped at Sikes N Khon to meet someone with an order that they purchased. So after meeting the person, I decided to go into Sikes N Khon to do some shopping. To pick up some jeans for my spouse not to mention the jeans are $50-$70pr pair & sons. I walked in absolutely no one spoke. It was about eight people in there standing around that was my first hint there. I’ve always shopped for at least 12 or 13 years. So the young lady came and me asked ma’am do you need any help? I said yes I need to pick up a couple of pair of Levi’s for my husband & sons. She was very friendly we found the Levi’s + T-shirts and gave them to me. Not to mention my sister was with me. She was like did you know they have ladies clothes upstairs? I was like no She said one of the employees told her that ladies clothes were upstairs. So I decided to walk up there still holding the clothes in my hand, a small purse about the size of 20 ounce drink. My sister was already up there shopping. So I decided to walk upstairs. There was a gentleman up there that was helping the ladies. So once I got up there, I was followed by lady up there thinking that I didn’t notice her watching me. So my sister came over to me and she was like do you feel like you’re being watched I said yeah so my sister asked the lady can I help you? Oh no She was just standing there watching us. I’m done I said let’s go. I took my clothes that I had in my just gave them to the ladies at the register & just walked out. I had about probably $275-300. worth of clothes I don’t understand I’m a business owner but will never treat my customers like that. My last time ever shopping there. Not a place for black's to shop....

Since becoming a teenager, my son has loved shopping at Sikes and Kohn Country Mall. He says they have all the “trending” clothing and boots that a teenage boy could ever hope to find…ALL IN ONE STORE. Although the Country Store is nearly 75 miles from our home, it is without a doubt Well worth the drive. Not once have we ever driven there, that he has not found everything he was looking for. He loves this clothing store and always remarks, “Mom they have EVERYTHING!” He only wants to shop at Sikes and Kohn, going anywhere else is not an option. Recently we purchased 4 pairs of Wrangler Cowboy Cut Jeans. We began to notice that there was clearly a Manufacturers defect in all 4 pair. I wasn’t sure if Sikes & Kohns would be able to replace or refund the jeans since it clearly was a defect on Wranglers end, not on Sikes & Kohn end. But I decided to take pictures of the jeans showing the same defect in all 4 pair and sending the pictures to Sikes & Kohn along with a text. I was totally shocked when I was immediately contacted by a very sweet lady named Rebecca, who apologized for any inconvenience it had caused and told me to send the jeans back and I would be refunded for them along with any shipping charges I incurred. There are still some Good Honest Businesses out there that still believe in putting the customer first….SIKES & KOHN’S COUNTRY MALL IS ONE OF THEM. My son was right when he said they have Everything…..GREAT SELECTION, GREAT PRICES AND GREAT...

If I could rate ZERO (0), I would!!!!! On Saturday, 9/21/2024, my granddaughter and I went to Sikes and Kohn. When we entered there were several employees standing around, including some person who appeared to be a possible store manager. ???Absolutely, NOBODY SPOKE, SMILED, NOTHING! First sign of RED FLAG!!! However, I have shopped there of and on for 12 years. I worked in Troy some years ago, and would stop there, as well as drove from Montgomery on occasion. I would always make a nice purchase of several items. We were watched while trying to shop. (NOT ONE SOUL ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP!!!) It was rude, disrespectful, exhausting, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable, and singled out. I only had a very small crossbody for debit/credit cards on me. I made my purchase and left the store. However, I felt terrible for even making a purchase. I immediately went back into the store to return all items purchased, and get my refund. NO REACTION FROM THE STAFF, as if to say, OH WELL!!! While waiting for my return receipt, I stated that, I didn't appreciate being watched in an intimidating manner. Stated that I had shopped there of and on for years. I'M SO DONE WITH THIS REVIEW!!! SHOPPING AT THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤣 I WIIL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! I MEAN NEVER!!!
