Spring Valley Family Tree Farm — Local services in Troy

We always enjoy getting our trees from here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want them to cut down a tree for you and haul it back to your car, they are happy to do that. Or you can make it a family memory and haul it yourself. :)

2024 update: Again, we were not disappointed. This is a place to bring your kids and make some wonderful memories and traditions. They have a really nice gift shop that features over 40 local artisans! Free hot chocolate and a big sleigh to take a Christmas photo and someone playing Christmas music....

Spring Valley Family Tree Farm provided my wife and I with an excellent Christmas tree and cutting experience. Locating the acreage was simple, the parking was great, and there were plenty of friendly staff to assist us. We went on Dec. 1, and the tree selection was impressive. All tools such as saws and tying materials are provided without an additional fee. More important than that, treats and live music were available in a seasonally decorated barn. Getting a tree is part of the whole Cnristmas season experience. Spring Valley Tree Farm is so beautiful, especially in the snow. I have such great memories of picking out a tree here every year. Our best family photos were taken here. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet and you feel really good about supporting them.
