I had an early train to catch in Truckee after an overnight in Tahoe City, and coordinated a ride with Sebastian the week before effortlessly. Sebastian is warm, relaxed, clear and professional. He made my journey so easy; from confirmation and coordination the week prior to communicating with ease and arriving a few minutes early, and nice conversation on our morning commute. Excellent experience using Tahoe Thunder Taxi last week. We arranged a ride from/to the Reno/Tahoe airport to our hotel at Pallisades Tahoe. Sebastian was very responsive while making the reservation and transparent regarding pricing. Daniel - our driver both ways - was very personable, professional, and safe driver. Our original car service had to cancel so we quickly searched out many taxi/car services from north Lake Tahoe to Reno airport. Sebastian was the only service to quickly respond (immediately) to our request and always immediately answered any questions we had via text.
