We support local business whenever possible. When our sauna (steam shower) quit working we contacted another local company. After weeks of waiting, missed appointment times and attempting to get help, we called Coffey Plumbing. Their courteous phone agents immediately scheduled professionals who then arrived promptly. Our problem seemed a bit out of the ordinary, however Coffey worked well with the sauna manufacturer and successfully made the repair. These guys were wonderful. They showed up exactly when they said they would the first day, and they were very patient with me as I didn’t have much knowledge about my own plumbing. They attempted to fix what they could, and made sure I was going to be okay for the night since they needed to take care of another job. They said they would be back first thing the next morning, and they were here at exactly 8am. They fixed what they needed to, installed a clean out, and were insanely nice throughout the process. They never fixed my plumbing! I give them a 0 rating! This started 7/7/23, they were paid, showed up that week & fixed one thing, I never saw them again. They were supposed to fix plumbing(sink & toilet). I called multiple times & so did AHS(home warranty service). They called in late July & never showed up & never called. When I called them, they said, "O we couldnt get to everyone." I said, "What am I supposed to do?" She said, "We will call you when we can get to you."
