DG Market — Local services in Tuckerman

I don’t hate the store, I actually shop there regularly. Like multiple times a week. It is always clean and well organized. I have two problems with the store hence the reason they get three stars. My BIGGEST problem with them is that they have four self checkouts that are NEVER open. I have not once ever seen one be open. I would much rather check my own things out and not have to interact with anyone. They only ever have one lane open and a majority of the time it is very slow. I will spend more time waiting in line to check out than actually shopping. My other complaint isn’t as frustrating. This store does not connect to the dollar general app. I can still use coupons and my rewards, I just can’t see what the store actually has in stock. Super nice market! Neat, tidy, well-stocked. I so love the DG Market concept & wish DG would upgrade in Cave City to a marketplace! So quick, in & out, for the essentials you might need at home. Nice looking produce. Full selection of pantry & staple items. Freezer & fridge sections with a nice selection. And all the usual DG essentials. Pretty much exactly what you expect from a dollar store. It has the same selection as most small Dollar general stores. It is clean although you often see the big carts with boxes around where they are stocking the shelves during their shifts. The staff is usually friendly although sometimes it takes them a minute to get to the register because they are stocking the shelves or busy helping another customer since there is usually only one employee in at a time......
