She took the time to walk me through each step of what she planned to do, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before she began. Her knowledge of curly hair is amazing, and for the first time in years, I felt truly at ease in a stylist’s chair.

The haircut turned out beautiful, and I’m genuinely so happy with the results! Another thoughtful touch—Lilly offers a window of time after your appointment where, if you feel something needs to be adjusted, you can come back and she’ll reshape it to your liking free of charge. That kind of care and customer service is rare and so appreciated.

When I walked in a few minutes before my appointment. Cheryl was there and greeted at me. She was waiting for me. This has never happened to me where my stylist was waiting for me and immediately took me to their chair. I will definitely be back. I really recommend.
